The Keukenhof in Lisse, not far from Amsterdam, is one of the most important and best-known sights in the Netherlands. It is located in a 32-hectare park and is the largest flower garden in the world with 7 million freshly planted tulip bulbs every year. Five hundred growers make their most beautiful flowers available and leading florists and gardeners present unique arrangements in various pavilions. In 7 different inspiration gardens, the gardens are designed according to the latest trends. A spectacular view of the magnificent sea of colors of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises and lilies is offered by the 15 km long walking path in the Keukenhof park. In addition to the magnificent flower gardens, Keukenhof also has the largest sculpture park in the Netherlands with over 150 sculptures by Dutch and international artists.

On the way to Amsterdam, we recommend a visit to a cheese farm near Amsterdam. Here you can watch the clog maker at work and find out how the different types of cheese are made. A tasting is of course included. Afterwards, drive to your booked hotel in Amsterdam.
