Bruges is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe with an impressive atmosphere transporting you back to the time when the city was one of the richest in Europe. On a city walk, discover the Beguinage, the Grote Markt and the Belfry, and the picturesque canals – all sights that reflect the charm and history of the city. A beer tasting in a local brewery is the perfect way to round off the experience.
Ghent offers an incredibly beautiful mix of past and present. In the city centre, discover the fully preserved Gravensteen castle, once the seat of the Counts of Flanders, the wonderful atmosphere of the Graslei and intimiate but lively squares like the Vrijdagmarkt. A city walk takes you past Gravensteen and Sint-Baafs Cathedral. Afterwards, enjoy the magnificent panorama of the guild houses on the Graslei during a boat trip with a glass of sparkling wine.
