Arrive in Ghent in the afternoon. On a guided walk, discover the most beautiful places in the city, including the Graslei, Gravensteen castle, the Patershol Quarter, the Belfry, Sint-Baafs Cathedral and the Vrijdagmarkt. Afterwards, enjoy the unique atmosphere from the water during a canal cruise with a complementary glass of sparkling wine.

Spend the day in Bruges, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Europe. On a guided walk discover the history of this once powerful trading city and enjoy the welcoming and bustling atmosphere in the alleyways along the canals. In the afternoon, shop for souvenirs in the charming boutiques or enjoy a beer on the Grote Markt.

Ypres has a fascinating history, having been completely rebuilt after its destruction in the First World War. Today, it is home to the fascinating ›In Flanders Fields‹ museum, located in the beautiful medieval Cloth Hall and offering a poignant glimpse into the past. After lunch, explore the charming West Flanders region. Options include a guided tour of the Poperinge Hop Museum to learn about the local hops-growing tradition, followed by a beer tasting, or a visit to the renowned Jules Destrooper cookie and biscuit factory for a sugary experience.

A fantastic day trip! In Brussels, discover some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the Atomium, the Expo site, the Royal Palace and Jubelpark. A lovely walk will then take you to the stunning Grand-Place and the charming Manneken Pis. After lunch, head to the vibrant port and diamond hub of Antwerp. Explore the historic old town, visiting the impressive cathedral, the beautiful guild houses on the Grote Markt, the lively Groenplaats and the historic Vlaeykensgang alley. A wonderful way to experience the rich history, culture and unique character of both cities!

In the morning, travel to Mechelen, the former capital of the Burgundian Netherlands, where a local tour guide will show you the most beautiful places in the city. The cathedral, the town hall and, above all, the palace of Margaret of York and Margaret of Austria bear witness to the city’s former wealth. Visiting these interesting and varied cities will ensure you take wonderful memories with you on your journey home.
